& artspace is a versatile, multi-use venue designed for creation, fabrication, and presentation across photography, visual arts, custom lighting, restoration, and furnishing.
Located in Mile-End, on the unceded Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabeg territories of Tio'tia:ke (Montréal), the space is fully equipped with a darkroom, portrait studio, four mobile tables, suspended wall partitions, gallery lighting, a PA system, terrace space, folding chairs, an espresso machine, and catering supplies.

Pop-up and Exhibition Space

$220 per day - 2 day minimum
Friday-Saturday add $50 per day

All rentals include access to espresso machine (coffee $3), 3 dozen wine glasses, 3 dozen coofee cups, sinl, ice machine, 20 chairs, 6 tablles, 5 barstools, PA system, adjustable gallery lighting, basic kitchen, instalation tools, coat rack, exterior permits, wifi, projector, security system, and help setting up.
